These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of borderstars.com (the "Site") and participation in the Border Stars TestFlight beta (the "Beta"). By using the Site or joining the Beta, you agree to these Terms.

The Beta

Border Stars is pre-release software provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Features, content, availability, and pricing are not final and may change or be discontinued at any time. The galaxy simulation, multiplayer services, and voice features may be interrupted, reset, or wiped during the Beta.

Eligibility & access

Beta access is distributed through Apple TestFlight and is subject to Apple's terms in addition to ours. We may grant, limit, or revoke access at our discretion. You agree not to redistribute Beta builds or access codes.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attack the services or other players.
• Don't use the Site or Beta for anything unlawful, or harass other pilots on shared channels.
• Voice and text you transmit in shared spaces may be heard or seen by other players.

Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Beta, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to improve Border Stars.

Intellectual property

Border Stars, its name, art, audio, and the marks shown on this Site are owned by us. These Terms do not grant you rights to our intellectual property beyond using the Site and Beta as intended.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Site or Beta.
