This Privacy Policy explains how Border Stars ("we", "us") handles information collected through borderstars.com (the "Site") and the Border Stars TestFlight beta.

What we collect

If you request early access, we collect the email address you submit and basic, non-identifying attribution data (which page sent you, and a timestamp). We do not collect names, payment details, or precise location through the Site.

The beta app itself is distributed through Apple TestFlight. Apple collects its own data (such as device model and crash logs) under Apple's Privacy Policy; that data is governed by Apple, not us.

How we use it

• To send you a TestFlight invitation and beta-related updates for Border Stars.
• To understand, in aggregate, how many people are signing up.

We will not sell your email address or use it for unrelated marketing. We honor the browser Do Not Track signal for analytics.

Where it lives

Your email is stored by our email/beta-management provider for the purpose of sending beta invites. We retain it only as long as the beta program is active or until you ask us to remove it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from beta emails at any time using the link in any message, or by emailing privacy@borderstars.com to have your address deleted.

Children

The Site and beta are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
